  1. Does a paver installation require a building and/or zoning permit?
    Depending on the scope of the job will determine if a zoning and/or building permit is required. We will file for the necessary permits. The customer is responsible for payment.

  2. How long is the workmanship guaranteed?
    We will guarantee our work for a period of 3 years with no additional costs.

  3. Should pavers be sealed?
    You do not have to seal pavers. Ask us for our opinion specific to your project.

  4. What is the white residue you may see sometimes on pavers?
    The white residue on top of the pavers is a condition called Efflorescence. Efflorescence can occur as moisture comes out of the pavers. This condition will wear off. Also, certain pavers do better than others.

  5. What is the average lead time to start a job?
    The average lead time is never more than 30 days and in most cases we can start in 2 weeks.

  6. Do you make sketches or drawings?
    Yes, every job is drawn so that there is a very clear picture of the job scope and you see exactly what you are getting.

  7. Are there any hidden costs?
    No, we will explain every cost to give you a fully completed project. We pride ourselves on that.

  8. Are you licensed and insured?
    Yes, we are a registered licensed contractor with the State of New Jersey and are fully insured.
